Diora Čibarić
Attorney at Law
The attorney provides legal assistance and representation to individuals and legal entities, with a particular focus on criminal, misdemeanour, family, bankruptcy and enforcement law, as well as land registry law and real estate.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb and is currently enrolled in postgraduate specialist studies in criminal-law sciences at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. Her research focuses on the topic “Rape as a strategy of war”, analysing the criminal-law, international-law and humanitarian aspects of this crime.
She gained her legal knowledge and practical experience working at the law firms Buterin i partneri, Dragičević i partneri and Krsnik i partneri.
She is the author of several professional and scientific papers in the field of criminal law, published in relevant legal publications, including IUS-INFO and the Croatian Annual of Criminal Sciences and Practice.
As a member of the Legislation Committee of the Croatian Parliament, she actively participates in monitoring and analysing legislative processes, contributing to the development and improvement of the Croatian legal system.
